Bandit - ADOPTED

I found my forever home <3

Bandit was found wandering as a stray, and sadly, his previous owners made it clear they no longer wanted him. Thankfully, a compassionate neighbor stepped in, determined to help him find the loving home he deserved. Today, Bandit is thriving with Arie and Gabi in Powell Butte, Oregon, where he’s surrounded by love and care. Thank you, Arie and Gabi, for giving him the fresh start he needed.

Sonny - ADOPTED

I found my forever home <3

When Sonny came to us, we were told he was about 20 years old, so after some rehabilitation, we listed him for adoption as a companion animal. A woman, Jessie, recognized Sonny from our post saying that she thought she knew him from years ago, but if so, he would be older than 20. In fact, it turns out, she had been trying to track down this very horse from her past and was not having any luck until she spontaneously came accross our post. So we did some digging, located Sonny's original papers and we confirmed he was actually 29 years old. Today Sonny is 30 and he is being adopted for retiremement by Jessie. Now, they will get the chance to reuinite! Thank you so much, Jessie.

Floyd - ADOPTED

I found my forever home <3

Floyd had been a pack mule for 28 years and was looking for a quiet place to retire and he was also in need of a retirement companion. Since Sonny, one of our other retired horses, had lost his buddy, Lil John, we thought that Floyd and Sonny would be a great match. It wasn't long before the two of them were inseperable. But, when Sonny was adopted by Jessie, we were not looking forward to separating the two of them and we would need to find a new companion for Floyd. After some long discussions about the future of these animals, Jessie proposed adopting both Sonny and Floyd. Now, these two old guys can spend the rest of their retirement days together as best friends! Than you, Jessie!

Zach and Legend - ADOPTED

We found our forever home <3

Earlier this year, Zach and Legend sadly lost their beloved owner. Wanting to honor their memory and ensure the boys found a loving home, the family entrusted them to our care. We’re so grateful to Tamie of Central Oregon, who opened her heart and home to these two handsome boys. Thank you, Tamie, for giving them the second chance they deserve.
